Throughout these terms, “Glennovation”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Glennovation, and “you” refers to any visitor to this website or client of Glennovation. Website Use

You’re welcome to browse this website and use the contact form and booking widget to reach out about our services. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site
• Submit malicious, false, or abusive content through the contact form

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the design, layout, graphics, logo, and written content of this website are owned by, or licensed to, Glennovation, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.

For client projects, ownership of a completed website (design files, code, and content created specifically for you) transfers to you once the project is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets used in your build — such as licensed stock images, fonts, or plugins — remain subject to their own licence terms.

Services & Quotes

Plan and add-on pricing shown on this website is indicative and intended to give you a general idea of cost. Final project scope, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in a written quote or agreement before any work begins, and take precedence over the prices listed here.

Payment Terms

Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing for your project:

• One-time plans require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion, before launch
• Monthly plans and add-ons (hosting, support, email, content updates, etc.) are billed monthly in advance
• Overdue invoices may result in work being paused, or services being suspended, until payment is received

Refund Policy

Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing for your project:

• Deposits are non-refundable once design or development work has started
• Monthly plans and add-ons can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial months, or for work already completed

Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information and content needed for your project
• Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a reasonably timely manner
• Confirm you have the rights to use any material you supply us (images, text, logos, and similar), and that it doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights

Limitation of Liability

We work to deliver reliable, high-quality websites and services, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Glennovation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, including loss of profits, business, or data.

We don’t guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic, or sales, and we’re not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers — including Microsoft Azure, domain registrars, or other services your website depends on — that are outside our reasonable control.

Third-Party Services

Glennovation websites and services rely on third-party providers — including Microsoft Azure for hosting, Blacknight for domains and business email, Google Calendar for consultation bookings, Google Maps and Google Fonts for embedded content, Google Analytics for website usage reporting, FormSubmit for contact form delivery, MailerLite for newsletter delivery, Elfsight for displaying reviews, and WhoisFreaks for domain availability lookups. Use of these underlying services is also subject to each provider’s own terms and policies, alongside these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. We recommend checking back periodically.
