How do I get started with a new website?
Book a free, no-obligation consultation using the “Get a Free Quote” button on the homepage. We’ll talk through your business, your goals, and which plan fits best, then move into design and build.
Do you work with businesses outside Dublin?
Yes. While Glennovation is based in Dublin, every service is delivered remotely, so businesses anywhere in Ireland get the same hands-on support.
Pricing & Plans
How much does a website cost?
It depends on what your business needs. The Launch Plan starts at €249.99 one-time for a 5-page starter site, with other bundles such as the Booking & Scheduling Plan (€299.99) and E-Commerce Plan (€399.99) covering more specific needs. Full pricing for every plan is listed on the homepage.
Are there ongoing monthly costs?
Some plans are a single one-time payment, like the Launch Plan. Others include recurring costs — the Growth Plan is €29.99/month, and the Continuous Support Plan is €499.99 one-time then €49.99/month after the first year. Optional add-ons such as business email or extra hosting capacity are also billed monthly if you choose them.
What’s included in the price?
Every plan bundles together what a business actually needs for that stage — things like SSL certificates and secure hosting setup, on-page SEO, and design work are included as standard, with the specific inclusions varying by plan. Full details are listed on each plan on the homepage.
Hosting & Security
Where is my website hosted?
Every Glennovation website runs on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, hosted across Microsoft’s global network, with SSL security included as standard.
Is my website secure?
Yes. Every site includes an SSL certificate and secure hosting setup by default. Clients on the Continuous Support Plan also get an SLA support agreement, and the Priority Support add-on provides a faster response-time guarantee.
What happens if my website goes down?
You contact me directly rather than a support queue. Clients on the Continuous Support Plan are covered by an SLA support agreement, and the Priority Support add-on guarantees a faster response time if you need it.
Domains
Can you register my domain name?
Yes. Domain registration is included in the Launch Plan, subject to availability, and Glennovation supports .ie, .com, .co.uk, .eu, .org, .net, and .info domain endings.
How do I check if my domain name is available?
Use the live domain search tool on the homepage, in the “Looking For Your Custom Domain?” section, to check availability across popular domain endings in real time.
Should I get a .ie domain?
For most Irish businesses, yes — a .ie domain signals a genuine local presence and tends to build trust faster with Irish customers than a generic domain ending. There are eligibility requirements to register one, so get in touch and I can help you check whether your business qualifies.
Support & Maintenance
What happens after my website launches?
I stay on as your point of contact for updates, changes, and support rather than handing the site off and disappearing. The Continuous Support Plan bundles a set number of monthly changes and an SLA support agreement if you want ongoing help built in.
Can I make changes to my website myself?
Glennovation sites are custom-built rather than page-builder templates, so day-to-day changes are typically made by me as part of a support plan or add-on — that keeps your site fast, secure, and reliable rather than handing you a fragile drag-and-drop editor.
I already have a website — can you refresh it instead of building a new one?
Yes. The Website Refresh Plan covers a redesign, updated photography and videography, a privacy policy update, and an SEO review for €299.99 one-time — or €149.99 if the site was originally built by Glennovation.
